What is the cost for a performance?
My rate is R1250.00 per hour.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, I require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You can make your booking online via the booking system, and payment can be made directly via EFT (banking details will be sent via email or SMS).
Who covers the transportation costs?
Clients are responsible for covering transportation fees to and from the event location.
How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates and times, to ensure my availability.
What kind of events do you perform at?
I perform at a variety of events, including children’s parties, corporate events, underwater photoshoots, and more.
What does a mermaid performance include?
My performances can include swimming, interacting with guests, photo opportunities, and more, tailored to meet the needs of your event.
Are there any special requirements for the performance space?
Yes, the performance space should be safe for swimming if water performances are included and should allow for easy access for me as the performer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of how early the cancellation is made. This policy is in place because I often purchase special items, such as makeup kits and treasure chests, in advance for children’s parties, which are costly and customized for each event.
Does booking online confirm my booking?
No, your online booking will only be confirmed once the deposit is paid. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of making the booking, it will automatically be canceled. I will contact you with the relevant payment details to finalise your booking.
